Featuring easy-to-load tapers and soft, delicate presentations, all our lines ensure every moment on the water is both enjoyable and rewarding.
To ensure you always grab the right gear, our entire lineup of rods and lines is color-coded by weight class. Every weight class across our range has a dedicated color. For example, every #7-weight rod features a small yellow thread on each section, and all #7-weight lines feature matching yellow loops. This makes pairing your gear incredibly easy. It also means you can instantly identify the weight of a line that has been sitting on a spare reel, saving you the guesswork.

The UFO single-hand line is designed to handle both overhand and roll casts with ease. Its short taper design makes the line incredibly simple to lift and shoot with just one or two false casts, while remaining highly efficient for roll casting in tight spots where backcasting isn’t an option. This makes it especially effective for fishing in rivers or confined spaces.
While this is a short-taper line, it still offers a delicate presentation. It excels in windy conditions, allowing you to keep tight loops low or punch a fly directly into a headwind. Whether you are throwing large streamers or heavy nymphs, this line gets the job done.

UFO single-hand lines work very well with any rod brand but were specifically engineered to complement our SOLID S1 series. Simply pair your rod with the matching line weight and forget about calculating grains or grams. Your #5-weight S1 rod and # the 5-weight UFO line is a guaranteed perfect match.
The Solid SHS double-hand line is a high-performance, easy-to-cast system featuring color-coded loops for effortless assembly. Designed primarily for Spey or underhand casting, the SHS delivers smooth, powerful turnover and consists of a floating head with four interchangeable tips. With these four tip options at your disposal, you can fish almost any river or condition with total confidence. The replaceable tip system allows you to adapt in an instant, shifting your presentation deeper or closer to the surface as conditions change.
Interchangeable Tip System
The SHS is designed for simplicity. Just pair the floating head with one of the four included tips and add a 12–15 foot tapered leader—nothing more, nothing less.
Included Tips: Float, Clear Intermediate, Sink 3, and Sink 5.
To fish this system, always pair the floating head with one of the four included tip sections; together, the head and tip form your tapered line. To complete the setup, connect the head to a running line on the reel end and attach a 12–15 foot tapered leader to the front end. These four elements (Running Line, Head, Tip, and Leader), combined with your backing, form your complete Spey configuration. It’s important to understand that you must connect one of the four tips to the head in order for this line work. Never connect more than one tip at the same time, and never fish the head without one of the included tips.

The Solid Running Line is a high-performance shooting line designed to match our SHS system perfectly. Our specialized core and coating combination results in minimal memory, ensuring you spend your time fishing rather than untangling knots and loops. Color-coded for easy matching and featuring reinforced handling zones, this line is also fully reversible for even longer-lasting use.
When it comes to performance, this line offers the best of both worlds: it feels nearly as slick and fast as a thin mono shooting line, but with a slight, controlled resistance that helps stretch the line for improved presentation of both fly and tippet. While some might overlook the running line, we believe it is one of the most critical components of your configuration. We have dedicated extensive development to ensuring this line is as close to perfect as possible.
